AXASTRO Terms of Service — Account and Early Access

Effective date: October 15, 2026

Operator: AXASTRO LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of New Jersey, United States
Contact: support@axastro.com
Public correspondence address: 5 Heights Road, Apt. PB, Ridgewood, New Jersey, 07450

1. Agreement and scope

These Terms are between you and AXASTRO LLC, the New Jersey limited liability company identified above, for your use of the AXASTRO websites and the account and early-access software services it makes available (the "Service"). AXASTRO is the product and service name. "We," "us," and "our" mean AXASTRO LLC; references to AXASTRO as a contracting party mean AXASTRO LLC.

You accept these Terms when this version is presented to you and you affirmatively agree to it. Maintaining an existing account or having registered previously does not, by itself, mean you have accepted this version. These Terms apply prospectively, not retroactively to earlier actions. Simply displaying a link must not be mistaken for evidence that you accepted a future payment obligation. If you use the Service for a business or another organization, you must have authority to act for it and to submit the information used in its workspace. References to "you" include that organization where you act with that authority.

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter an agreement. Do not use the Service where doing so would violate applicable law or restrictions binding on you.

Our Privacy Policy describes data processing. Acknowledging that notice is not blanket consent to marketing, unrelated use of Google data, or any other processing requiring separate consent.

2. What the Service does and its current availability

AXASTRO provides tools for professional content planning, research organization, editable drafting, source references, shooting briefs, scheduling records, and reading saved scripts. The initial professional focus is immigration-law marketing. Only capabilities actually enabled for your account or workspace are available.

Current availability. Account registration is open. Content generation and paid subscriptions are not enabled yet. A registered account does not itself activate AI generation, a starter content pack, paid access, every advertised roadmap feature, or a payment method. Registration under these Terms does not create a paid subscription or authorize a card charge.

We may revise or discontinue early-access features as we develop the Service. We will give appropriate notice of material changes where required and will not use a feature update to impose an undisclosed payment obligation. A separate paid agreement or clearly disclosed order must address any paid service later offered.

3. Accounts and workspace access

Provide accurate account information and protect your sign-in methods. Do not share passwords, bypass authentication or workspace membership checks, or impersonate another person. Notify support promptly of suspected unauthorized access.

Email-and-password and any enabled social sign-in methods identify an account; they do not automatically prove authority over a business, confer platform-administrator status, or create rights to another workspace. A new Google sign-in with a different email address is not permission to merge identities or transfer content without the required verification.

Workspace owners and other authorized roles manage only the functions and information the Service permits them to manage. A displayed capacity figure does not mean invitations or other team-management features are available. You are responsible for the authority of people you permit to use your workspace and for keeping private information out of accounts they should not access.

We may take proportionate steps to investigate misuse or secure an account, including suspending a compromised session. We do not promise that a lost account can always be recovered without appropriate proof of authority.

4. Professional and legal-content responsibilities

AXASTRO is software, not a law firm, licensed legal adviser, government agency, or substitute for professional judgment. No attorney-client relationship is formed with AXASTRO by account registration, support communications, or use of generated material.

You must review content before relying on it or publishing it. AI outputs can omit conditions, use an inaccurate translation, misstate a date or amount, or otherwise be unsuitable. Source-linked findings show the relationship to identified materials within the scope of the actual check; they are not a representation that all current law, later decisions, exceptions, or case-specific circumstances have been reviewed.

A dated account of a government publication is not automatically a statement of current law. An estimate of reading time is not a recording. A "saved," "ready," or workflow label is not a legal approval, professional certification, or promise of compliance with advertising rules.

You remain responsible for the accuracy and legality of your published marketing, necessary attribution, applicable professional rules, confidentiality, consents, and rights in source material. Do not present AXASTRO output as a government communication, guaranteed result, individualized legal advice to a viewer, or an official endorsement.

5. Content you submit and generated outputs

You retain your rights in the original content you submit, subject to rights held by third parties. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive permission to host, store, process, reproduce for service delivery, and transmit that content to authorized service providers as necessary to carry out the features you request, maintain saved versions, provide support, protect security, and comply with law. This permission is not a license to sell your private content or use it in public advertising.

When an AI capability is enabled, you authorize the processing needed for the requested generation or assessment under the Privacy Policy. That is not an automatic opt-in to general-purpose model training. Our restrictions on using private content for general-purpose model training are stated in the Privacy Policy and apply to that processing.

As between you and AXASTRO, to the extent we hold transferable rights in an output produced for your workspace, we assign those rights to you upon creation, subject to these Terms. This does not transfer third-party rights, grant exclusive rights to public materials, guarantee copyright protection, or promise that another user will not receive a similar result.

You must have the rights and permissions necessary for submitted material and for your intended use of it. A public post is not a general license to copy its footage, music, wording, likeness, trademark, or other protected elements.

6. Public-source research and analytic observations

Official publications and public social-content records may be collected or analyzed by enabled features. The same underlying public source or general analysis may be available in more than one workspace. Your workspace does not obtain exclusive rights over it.

Analytic groups, labels, rankings, and performance comparisons describe the disclosed dataset and metric basis. They do not establish causation, prove thematic suitability, guarantee future views, or guarantee leads, consultations, revenue, or immigration outcomes. Plays are not automatically views or unique viewers. Missing data and small samples can limit what may reasonably be concluded.

You are responsible for assessing whether a suggested theme or hypothesis fits your business and whether a source is accurate, applicable, and current. You may not use the Service to evade access restrictions on third-party platforms or instruct it to obtain private material you are not authorized to access.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use AXASTRO to commit unlawful acts, infringe others' rights, distribute malware, conduct fraud, harass people, create deceptive impersonations, or evade security and usage controls. Do not attempt to access another workspace, extract credentials, interfere with availability, or bypass the restrictions of an external service.

Do not upload sensitive client case files, privileged communications, identification numbers, payment credentials, medical records, or other regulated or highly confidential data for which this marketing workspace is not intended. Obtain an appropriate written arrangement before any use requiring a special security, confidentiality, or regulatory commitment. Do not use AXASTRO as an emergency or legal-deadline tracking service.

Automated or excessive access must stay within the capabilities and limits we actually authorize. Creating extra accounts or workspaces does not authorize repeated promotional benefits or avoidance of a one-account restriction.

8. Third-party services and external links

The Service relies on infrastructure, authentication, and, when enabled, research, AI, or payment providers. Google sign-in is optional and is subject to Google's and Clerk's applicable processes. We do not ask for your Google password or authorize Google email, file, calendar, or contact access through the basic sign-in connection.

External sites and platforms have their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control their availability or decisions. We remain responsible for our own obligations; referring to a provider does not remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

A provider connection or its termination does not itself authorize deletion of all workspace records or cancellation of a future paid subscription. Those actions require the applicable account or billing process.

9. Saved versions, exports, and data requests

Drafts and related materials may retain prior versions and source links. A later change to a script may make a previously generated brief or derivative material outdated. Do not rely on an old asset merely because it is still accessible.

Maintain your own copies of material you need for your business. AXASTRO is not an archival or legal-records preservation service. We will not treat a subscription-period end, if paid features are later introduced, as an automatic instruction to erase every saved draft. Content availability remains subject to an existing account, authorized membership, applicable retention rules, security restrictions, and lawful deletion.

Privacy and account-data requests can be made at support@axastro.com and through the procedure at Data deletion and account requests. We may verify authority and clarify the effect on other legitimate workspace users before taking an irreversible action.

10. Suspension and ending access

You may stop using the Service and request account closure. We may restrict or end access where reasonably necessary for security, unlawful use, material violation of these Terms, or discontinuation of an early-access feature. Where appropriate and lawful, we will explain the reason and provide an opportunity to resolve the issue. Urgent security or legal requirements may require immediate action.

Suspension does not give us ownership of your content or permit unrelated use of it. Necessary privacy, security, intellectual-property, and dispute-related obligations can continue after account closure. Retention and deletion are addressed in the Privacy Policy.

11. Availability, warranties, and responsibility

We will operate the Service with reasonable care, but early-access software may contain errors or experience interruptions. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided on an "as available" basis without promises that every output is accurate, every feature will meet a particular purpose, or every third-party source will remain available.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits a right, remedy, warranty, or responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. In particular, these Terms do not waive responsibility for fraud or other conduct for which liability cannot be limited. Any limits on liability remain subject to those mandatory protections.

You remain responsible for your content submissions and publication decisions. Nothing in these Terms permits us to disclaim duties that applicable law places on us.

12. Disputes and applicable law

Please contact support@axastro.com with a description of a dispute so that we can attempt to address it. This informal request is not a mandatory waiting period that prevents you from using an available legal remedy or exercising a privacy right.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, these Terms are governed by the laws of New Jersey, United States, without displacing mandatory protections that apply in your place of residence or otherwise govern the matter. A dispute may be brought before a court with lawful jurisdiction. These Terms do not require private arbitration or an exclusive remote venue.

13. Changes, future paid plans, and contact

We may update these Terms prospectively and will provide notice of material changes in an appropriate manner where required. We will not retroactively add a charge for previously free use. Any later paid subscription must disclose its actual seller, price, billing interval, renewal and cancellation terms, applicable taxes, and refund arrangements before acceptance. A price displayed as a future offer is not a completed purchase.

If one provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to the extent lawful. A failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive it permanently. No term gives AXASTRO rights over a third-party platform or your professional licence.

Questions and notices may be sent to AXASTRO LLC at support@axastro.com or to AXASTRO LLC at the public correspondence address at the top of these Terms.
