AXASTRO — Data deletion and account requests
Effective date: October 15, 2026
Operator: AXASTRO LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of New Jersey, United States
Contact: support@axastro.com
Public correspondence address: 5 Heights Road, Apt. PB, Ridgewood, New Jersey, 07450
Make a request
Send your request to AXASTRO LLC at support@axastro.com with the subject AXASTRO privacy or deletion request. Send the request from your account email when possible. Include the account email, the workspace name if relevant, and what you would like us to do: remove a sign-in connection, correct information, provide an available copy, close an account, or assess deletion of particular content or personal data.
Do not email passwords, Google access tokens, recovery codes, payment credentials, passport details, or confidential case documents. We may ask for proportionate identity or authority verification through an appropriate method. A request does not authorize disclosure of other users' information.
Google authorization is different from AXASTRO deletion
You can review or remove AXASTRO's Google authorization through Google Account connections. This stops that authorized Google connection according to Google's controls; it does not by itself erase the AXASTRO account, its saved workspace data, or records already lawfully retained.
Before removing your only way of signing in, set up another supported method or contact us. If you also want account information removed from AXASTRO and its authentication records, say so explicitly in the request. We will assess the linked records in AXASTRO and Clerk rather than treat Google disconnection as proof that all copies have been deleted.
Workspace ownership and other people's records
The account owner and the business controlling a workspace may have different roles. Closing one member's account is not necessarily the same as deleting a shared business workspace. We may need to verify authority, identify other affected users, and arrange an authorized ownership transfer before an irreversible workspace deletion. We do not offer a way to bypass membership checks through a privacy request.
A record originating from a public website may also require separate consideration. We cannot delete information from the original external site by changing an AXASTRO record.
What happens next
Requests are handled manually. AXASTRO does not currently provide one automatic action that erases all account, authentication, workspace, object-storage and backup records. We explain which actions can be performed for your request, any additional steps required and any part that remains unresolved. We do not treat disconnection, archiving or an account-access restriction as proof that all data has been erased.
AXASTRO LLC reviews the request, verifies the necessary scope and authority, and explains the action taken, any unresolved part or an applicable exception. A technical limitation is not, by itself, a legal exception to an applicable right. Responses are provided within the time required by applicable law. Where applicable, we will explain available appeal or complaint options.
Limited records may need to be retained for security, compliance, prevention of repeated abuse, or resolution of a dispute. Copies in restricted backups may remain until handled under the applicable backup lifecycle; they are not used as an active account. Restoring a backup does not cancel a valid deletion request. Before restored personal information is returned to ordinary use, we review it against recorded requests and apply the restrictions or deletions required by those requests. We do not promise an immediate universal purge across every vendor and backup.
Account deletion and cancellation of a future paid subscription are separate actions. If you have an active subscription when this page is used, identify it in the request so that its treatment can be clarified; do not assume account deletion automatically stops every external billing arrangement.
For the full explanation of data processing, see the AXASTRO Privacy Policy.
